A Briefing on Posters Design for Environmental Protection
Arbor Day is observed on March 12th in China,in which individuals and groups are encouraged to plant trees and pay moreattention to the environment. In recent years, eco-environmental protection hasbecome common and already attracted broad attention around the world. For thepurpose of arousing student’s awareness of environmental protection, anactivity called Posters Design for Environmental Protection was initiated bythe international department. Considering some environmental issues in china,such as water pollution, noise pollution and air pollution, studentsdesigned a poster which included a invention can solve one of the aboveissues.
Studentsdiscussed issues and exchanged ideas with each other. Through good teamworkand communication, students presentedtheir ingenious inventions on the posters. Barry and Dane offered assistance tostudents. They helped students open their minds and enhance their teamworkspirit. There are 18 posters collected and all of them were displayed atbulletin boards.
Inshort, it was an effective way to enhance the environmental awareness ofstudents. Everyone is responsible for the environment protection!
